What to Expect During an Inspection

Every crawlspace is unique. To properly assess the area, many procedures are required. The entire area must be mapped and measured. moisture content and humidity readings are vital to understanding the environment. If microbial growth is visible, we need to know what conditions have allowed the growth. The exterior grade and gutter systems also require inspection. In some cases, a simple clogged downspout could be pushing water into the crawl space. Once the inspection is complete, we can provide solutions to address the issues at hand.
